Does Goku's statement prove that Kid Buu> Gotenks & Gohan

When has Gohan ever thoroughly won a fight outside the Bojack movie?

He was willing to give up outright vs cell. He let Gotenks back in the fight and didn't even try to kill super Buu. Say what you will but Vegeta tried to kill fat Buu twice and so did ssj3 Goku.

The only certainty about Gohan is he fails and he is lazy.

Gohan and Gotenks wouldn't be able to stop a planet buster from Boo on the fly.
But they both much stronger than him. Gohan should easily be able to offset a planet busting attack back into space with his Ki
Who said Kid Boo would directly confront Gohan and Gotenks?
He didn't directly confront goku and vegeta either when he shot the planet buster that blew up the planet. Are you telling me someone as strong and mystic gohan or gotenks wouldn't have been able to deflect that?
What fight has Gotenks ever won? He didn't beat Buu, in fact he got tricked into being absorbed. He didn't beat Abo Cado as he stupidly deflected a killer attack at his own mother, and he needed Goku and Vegeta both to run off and save him from the planet being blown up. Versus Beerus he literally gets spanked out of ssj and fusion.

Gohan had given up vs cell, Goku and Vegeta both had to save him there. He let himself get weaker and needed one of them to fight Dabura. He literally sat on his a*** and got gifted a grand Power, and he went off to fight Buu smugly and prolong it for kicks like with cell since he never tried to vaporize him; the he let two people be absorbed and he got himself absorbed after Dende, Tien, and Goku all had to cut in to save him.

Vegeta didn't allow them on the Kai world because they are f ups. Without a Kai influencing his mind, you risk two new different personalities of he absorbed Gohan and / or Gotenks again. Not only that you risk Gotenks trying to have fun and everyone in the universe dying when kid Buu blows them the f up, or Gohan himself doing what he did vs cell and outright quitting unless if Gokus going to stand in his ear and say attaboy son while Vegeta makes an attack from behind. the to get stronger arose.

I don't think they felt they could trust them vs kid Buu. Vegeta didn't trust them, hell he never wanted the boys on a battle field outside a tournament, and he spends most the time mocking and being poised at what Gohan became. Goku was more forgiving because he's Goku and he rather give them chance after chance, but that final statement and analysis is a yeah Vegeta was right, this was above what I could have trusted the boys with.

Funis dub actually says it best
Goku - "I won't be around forever"
* looks over at Vegeta and makes a sour face
"Hopefully he wont either"

For all Satans faults, he got the job done. In a world where he's an ant that's his legacy in z and GT both. He got 16 to Gohan, he got the energy to the spirit bomb, he turned Buu good by talking to him, and he helped evacuate the planet before
I have never really understood why people come down on Gohan for not training. What they do not seem for recognise is that Gohan does not have an interest for fighting. He never has done. He says as much in his conversation with Cell. It is not something he enjoys. Even Piccolo recognised this. He only ever fought out of necessity or when compelled, and was repeatedly put in situations where he had to fight. When Cell and Buu were defeated, guess what he did? He stopped training. Because fighting is not his hobby. Whats more, he has a family he needs to provide for now. Not like Goku knows anything about that, considering he up and leaves his whenever the opportunity to get stronger arises.

Are we also going to overlook Goku and Vegeta's faults. Vegeta messing around with Cell and his general incompetence led to the latter's completion, and his selfishness allowed Babadi to revive Buu. What about Goku not finishing Freeza off on Namek and his decision to entrust the fate of the world to a couple of 8 year olds when he could have defeated Buu himself. In ROF, Goku's overconfidence led to Earth's destruction and Whis had to bail him out with his aspull time travel ability. Earth was destroyed because Goku wanted to savor the fight. If Gohan and Gotenks are deemed incompetent for not defeating Buu, then so is Vegeta for not killing Cell. His arrogance and overconfidence clouded his judgement, as per usual, and ultimately led to Cell achieving his perfect form. Goku, would rather give Kid Buu a fair fight, rather than killing him quickly using the potara. Again, Goku and Vegeta risking the fate of the world because for their own selfish goals.

Fans are quick to call Gohan and Gotenks incompetent yet completely ignore Goku and Vegeta's faults. Gohan and Gotenks are not perfect but neither are Vegeta and Goku.

Again, what makes you think kid buu is above Gohan? I mean it is evident that he can not be.
Common sense indicates if we take something out of the bag, the bag will be lighter.

And since Buuhan which was = Super Buu + Gohan and Kid Buu is nothing but the original Buu

Personally I wouldnt even consider in my wildest dreams that kid buu is above gohan......No way

Gohan doesn't get stabbed if he is strong as he was as a kid. Shin had trouble holding him. Buu doesn't get revived of Gohan had kept up with a training that even maintained the power he had, let alone grew it. He isn't a weak defenseless bum who gets stabbed, and god Lee there is no Buu revival since half that meter is him. He kills off Dabura like Vegeta and Goku are both more than able to do, and golly gee there's no Buu revival or Majin Vegeta, and they can go about their days. He goes in with the mindset of ending super Buu quick and learning from cell as opposed to playing yet again because he's a natural sadist with a power advantage, and Goku and Vegeta both rip, while Goten and trunks never have to die. Goku and Vegeta shouldn't have to return from the dead and so on, risk losing permanent individuality, etc just because Gohan fumbles the ball every time he gets it thrown to him.

* Even if you read the spoilers for this movie, I got news for you there's only one guy popping two beans for being rusty and lazy.

Could you imagine Kid Buu without a Kai in there at all and Gohans power after he absrobs the dumb f who will ultimately always let his guard down and much like Gotenks never won a fight as ultimate Gohan (outside the movie 12 vs Frieza) ... Vegeta sure as hell wasn't willing to play the card because he has no confidence in him

If Gohan doesn't get stab, Spopabich and Yamu do not still his energy, ergo Supreme Kai cannot tail them to find Babidi's ship.

Buu revival was because of the Ki lost by Goku in his fight with Vegeta. Again. Vegeta's fault.

Why would Gohan have kept training? The threat was over and he had interest in fighting. Gohan is not fighter at heart like Goku. He never was. Its not something he enjoys. He was repeatedly put in situations were he had to fight to protect his loved ones.

And the other half is from the damage Goku received from Vegeta in their needless battle.

Nah, bro. Goku kills Fat Buu like he should have, which means Super Buu can no longer appear and wipe out the Earth's population. Goku returns to other world and informs Gohan that Buu has been dealt with and that he can go back to earth. The Z-senshu gather the Dragonballs and wish Vegeta and everyone else killed by Buu back to life. Everyone then go about their day to day lives. Vegeta continues to train and assumes the role of Earth's protector.

Sure. Lets ignore Vegeta needlessly prolonging his fight with Cell just to toy with him and putting the whole world at risk for his own selfish pride

Goku would not have to return had he destroyed Fat Buu when he the chance, by his own admission. He wanted the boys to save the world. His error in judgment.

Yh, because caring for your newborn child is not at all time consuming. He has a family to provide for, something which Goku knows nothing about. Goku up and leaves his whenever the opportunity to fight or train presents itself. It is even stated by AT that Goku fights for selfish reasons. Gohan, unlike Goku, has actually got his priorities in order.

And again, why is Gohan lazy for not training when has no interest in fighting. He is no way obligated to train if he doesn't want to. Besides, its is moot since Goku and Vegeta have become gods, effective rending him as fodder.

Idk i always took gokus comment about gohan being able to beat buu as an insult. We know goku loves a fight and if he outright says gohan can take ya it just seems like hes implying they are just weaker then gohan and it isnt worth.his time to fight them himself. And he only seemed impressed that gotenks got to ssj3 not that gotenks was stronger then him. I dont think gotenks or gohan got stronger then goku based off his reactions since goku would take way more.interest in them if they were. And it always seemed that absorbing diakio weakened buu. Almost like the good took on its own form to supress buu.
